Three inches of snow on Mt. Washington this week! Music to our ears.  After a short summer break, the WSC has resumed activities full swing. We had our September meeting and it was well attended, including some new faces which was nice to see. We have sent out membership packets, and look forward to seeing new and old members enjoying our trails this winter. We are facing some serious issues with tornado and flood damages, and really need manpower other than the STP..(same 10 people)..so if you enjoy our beautiful lakes region trails, find some time to come help get them ready for the season! Work parties generally leave from 19 Mile store in Tuftonboro Saturday mornings at 8am or check the website www.wolfeborosnowmobileclub.com or call Pres. Larry Jean – (603)569-0041 if you can come help us out!

Membership packets have been processed and mailed. We have high hopes for a banner snow year as good as last year, and hope to see many new faces at our meetings, work parties, and enjoying our trails.  Our snack-shack will be open again this year, under the guidance of Diane Willand. She has headed up this popular trail side stop for years, and we are very appreciative of  Diane and her crew who give up every Saturday and Sunday during the riding season to provide a warm fun place for folks to warm up and enjoy some great eats and chat!

With a considerable trail work load facing us, we have formed (3) trail work teams this year. Larry J. will head up the construction crew, Jay F the brushing crew, and Tom W the construction crew. Hopefully they will have crew “members” to guide. Yes..the subject of trail maintenance is on the front burner..and yes we urgently need some help dealing with it all..so please don’t just read this and forget it..come lend a hand.  We Need You!

The WSC meets the second Tuesday of every month at the Wolfeboro Community Center on Lehner St. at 7pm. Please join us!
