2009 Meeting Notes
Meeting commenced at 7:05pm
In attendance: Dick, Louie, Pat, Bob, Sue, John, Jimmy.
Excused but missed were Larry and Tom .
*Secretaries report read
and accepted. By the hair of a whisker an article was submitted for the next
SnoTraveler.
*Treasurers report read and
accepted. Our balance is a healthy $37K+. However groomer repair bills have yet
to come in so that will have an impact. We have purchased fencing materials.
We have reserved (20) map
ads. Some returning and some new. This offering continues to be well received
and very successful.
*Trail Administrator: Bob
discussed status of permission letters, some which are still outstanding. A few
w/issues. A few w/restrictions. So far, we have not been cut off, but respect of
the landowner remains to the forefront.
*The trails are still very
wet. We will start putting signs up. Discussed the new grooming hour allotment
which has been cut to 300 hrs total and we will have to manage them carefully to
make sure we have enough for busy times.
Being no one to conjure up
additional discussion, meeting was adjourned at 7:45 pm.
