WSC NOVEMBER MEETING

Meeting commenced at 7:05pm.

In attendance: Tom, Randy, Jimmy, Ricky (finally), Louie, Kathy, Justin, Bob and Sue G.

Pres. Larry and Treas. Dick were hunting..(what..we weren’t sure.)

*Secretary’s report read & accepted. Article for SnoTraveler submitted.

*Treasurers report read by Secretary: in good shape, membership up, donations a little down..but overall all bills paid as submitted and looking good.

*Trails update: Polly’s, Castle and Wolfeboro trail are all in good shape. Excavation has been completed (4 miles) & looks good. Kathy and her own private small army are working hard on the Moose Mtn. trail which is MUCH appreciated. We still have much brushing to accomplish and several bridges to work on…work parties are most Sundays at 8am from 19 mile bay..check web or contact Pres. Larry for details.

*Winter Grant:..Bob reported we applied for same $ as last year. However this year there will be no $ allotted for plowing parking lots..so we will have to re-visit that. The Tucker is back..bill was $4200 and good news..did not need a new track which would have doubled our bill. Dick will be happy.  Missing some trail permission slips. Bob asked several WSC silver-tongues to go ask for them. Ricky’s assignment called the next day..wow..

New Business;

*New trail map w/GPS coordinates is really cool. The WSC is now cutting edge. Thanks again to Larry K. for providing the software and to those that rode all the trails plotting the coordinates. Great job!

*Website: we have new software and pictures. Melissa is in the process of updating it.

*Old Business:

RR bridge work pending..word is approvals have been given as needed.
