Crisp mornings are upon us making everyone think about our favorite season! The WSC has had our first meeting and are fully immersed in pre-season activities.

Our annual membership letters have gone out, as have our land owner permission slips.

We are printing our 2011 season maps, and of course trail work abounds.

We do have a major re-route we are trying to accomplish due to a large beaver dam that despite all our efforts – including calling in the ‘professionals’..have failed to remove them. This is proving to be a challenging project as it is a heavily used major trail.

All of our trails are being worked on for brushing, bridge deckings and other spruce ups before the snow flies (hopefully)!

The groomer drivers will soon be meeting to have their annual procedure and safety meeting. We hope to make good use of that this season.

The WSC meets the second Tuesday of each month at the Wind Drifter Resort, S. Main St., Wolfeboro at 7pm. We welcome new members or anyone interested in attending a meeting to see what we are all about. Promoting fun and safe snowmobiling in the scenic lakes region.
