JULY 2008 MEETING MINUTES

            After a very busy and productive winter season, the hard working WSC members

Enjoyed an after season gathering at the home of Larry Jean. The many hours contributed brushing and maintaining trails, grooming, administering to our membership, and being involved in community events is a time consuming and sacrifice of personal time for the active club members. This was a nice ending to our snowy! 2007/08 season.

            We also held our election of officers. As follows:

President: Larry Jean
VP: Tom Willand
Secretary: Sue Gaudette
Treasurer & Membership: Dick Schellhammer
Trail Master: Jay Franks
Trail Administrator: Bob Gaudette

Our board of directors remained the same with (6) experienced volunteers.

            Long time member and club secretary/membership coordinator Brenda Flint has retired from her position. We are extremely grateful for her dedication and years of service.

            The first article of the season was submitted to the SnoTraveler. This year there will be (6) issues instead of (8) with a different schedule than before. Your secretary, yours truly…will try not to mess it up!

            We had the month of August off, and now look forward to a busy fall preparing the trails and thinking snow. Really.
